The pilot
Agree the scope first.
$500scoped first engagement
Up to ten transactions or marketing expenses in one current, documented program. Check supplied rules, enrollment and evidence; prepare claim packets and one missing-proof request batch. One business and one workflow; up to 50 supplied files or 300 pages, within the tighter item limits above. Includes one review call and one correction pass.
What to bring
Current program rules, enrollment or balance evidence, invoices, proof of payment and required sales or advertising records.
What the pilot covers
Your business confirms enrollment, eligibility and available funds; the program administrator decides payment. Staff approves and files claims. We do not promise reimbursement or treat a possible allowance as cash owed.
Do we need new software?
We start with your existing files, exports and working format. Any system access, configuration or integration is agreed separately.
What happens after the first engagement?
We review the actual workload and results with you. A repeat batch or ongoing service has its own agreed scope and price.
