Job Billing Desk
The job is done. Get the invoice ready.
We gather the job records your customer requires and prepare a billing packet for completed work. Your office reviews the charges and sends the invoice.
For owners and office managers at commercial service contractors.

The pilot
Agree the scope first.
$500scoped first engagement
Up to ten owner-confirmed completed jobs, matched to supplied job tickets, purchase orders, photos and invoice records. Prepare supported billing packets and one batch of requests for missing items. One business and one workflow; up to 50 supplied files or 300 pages, within the tighter item limits above. Includes one review call and one correction pass.
What to bring
Completed-job list, relevant tickets and customer billing requirements, invoice status and an approved billing template.
What the pilot covers
Your office confirms completion, billability, tax treatment and charges before sending. No duplicate invoices or unsupported extras are issued. System posting and collection are outside this initial scope.
Do we need new software?
We start with your existing files, exports and working format. Any system access, configuration or integration is agreed separately.
What happens after the first engagement?
We review the actual workload and results with you. A repeat batch or ongoing service has its own agreed scope and price.
