Job Revision Desk
Check the document IDs before the job moves on.
We compare the revision identifiers on the documents your shop names as authoritative and prepare a discrepancy list for the person responsible for release.
For ordinary commercial machine shops, fabricators and millwork businesses.

The pilot
Agree the scope first.
$600scoped first engagement
Up to ten jobs and five selected documents per job. Compare quote, purchase order, customer-approved document and traveler identifiers under your stated authority rules. One reconciliation pass after your reviewer supplies corrections. One business and one workflow; up to 50 supplied files or 300 pages, within the tighter item limits above. Includes one review call and one correction pass.
What to bring
Job list, selected quote/PO/traveler files, customer-designated approved documents and your revision authority rules.
What the pilot covers
Identifier comparison only. We do not interpret engineering changes, choose the governing revision or authorize production. Newest file does not automatically mean approved revision. Initial scope covers ordinary commercial material without special handling requirements.
Do we need new software?
We start with your existing files, exports and working format. Any system access, configuration or integration is agreed separately.
What happens after the first engagement?
We review the actual workload and results with you. A repeat batch or ongoing service has its own agreed scope and price.
