Renewal Review Desk
Prepare the renewal before the date passes.
We organize written renewal and pricing terms, compare them with your supplied billing information and prepare the questions and correspondence for your review.
For commercial cleaning, landscaping and other contract service businesses.

The pilot
Agree the scope first.
$600scoped first engagement
Up to ten customer agreements in one service business. Extract written renewal, notice and price-adjustment terms; prepare a dated review queue and draft letters reflecting owner-approved decisions. One business and one workflow; up to 50 supplied files or 300 pages, within the tighter item limits above. Includes one review call and one correction pass.
What to bring
Customer agreements and amendments, invoice history, approved cost inputs and the person authorized to decide changes.
What the pilot covers
The owner or counsel determines interpretation, applicability and notice obligations. Your business chooses prices and approves correspondence. Supplier invoices alone cannot establish customer contract rights.
Do we need new software?
We start with your existing files, exports and working format. Any system access, configuration or integration is agreed separately.
What happens after the first engagement?
We review the actual workload and results with you. A repeat batch or ongoing service has its own agreed scope and price.
