Evidence exceptions for staff review
Invented suppliers, certificate IDs and dates. No actual supplier or issuer is evaluated.

|---|---|---|
| DEMO Alpha / ISO 9001 | Customer certificate A-001 | Expiry date has passed; renewal not supplied |
| DEMO Beta / lab scope | Issuer scope v3 vs supplied v2 | A named measurement category changed; review needed |
| DEMO Gamma / required certificate | Issuer record inaccessible | Unverified; request current evidence |

Start with one real task.

Check the evidence
Compare supplied certificates with accessible issuer records.
Review exceptions
Your quality lead decides what needs supplier follow-up.
The pilot
Agree the scope first.
$450supplier-list baseline
Up to ten suppliers, two agreed credential types each. Public or customer-authorized issuer records and supplied documents only. Includes one review call of up to 60 minutes and one factual revision pass.
What to bring
Your supplier list, the required credential types and any existing certificates. No supplier contact is made without separate authorization.
What the pilot covers
This is an evidence organization and checking service, not an accreditation decision or supplier approval. A certificate’s validity and acceptable scope need your quality professional’s determination. Inaccessible records stay unverified. Scope-change comparisons require a supplied prior version; otherwise the finding is a current baseline.
Our annual supplier review already does this.
The baseline only makes sense if gathering and comparing evidence remains a useful workload to outsource. We will ask how that process works first.
Will you contact suppliers?
The pilot uses supplied documents and accessible records. Outreach to suppliers needs an explicit separate scope and authorization.
