Quote Follow-through Desk
Give the open quotes a clear next step.
We check recent quotes against orders and replies, prepare the right follow-up and organize responses for the person who can close the work.
For sign shops, print shops, fabricators and equipment dealers.

The pilot
Agree the scope first.
$400scoped first engagement
Up to 30 recent quotes in one workflow. Check status and prepare one message plus one follow-up per eligible quote for a two-week cycle. Sending through an approved business route requires the owner’s recipient and message approval. One business and one workflow; up to 50 supplied files or 300 pages, within the tighter item limits above. Includes one review call and one correction pass.
What to bring
Quotes, order and invoice status, recent replies, validity dates and an owner-approved contact route.
What the pilot covers
Your team confirms current prices, availability and commitments. Existing follow-up automations are checked to avoid duplicate messages. No discounts, orders or delivery promises are made without approval.
Do we need new software?
We start with your existing files, exports and working format. Any system access, configuration or integration is agreed separately.
What happens after the first engagement?
We review the actual workload and results with you. A repeat batch or ongoing service has its own agreed scope and price.
