Service Booking Desk
Turn the service history into the next booking.
We reconstruct the last completed visits, identify customers due under your approved schedule and prepare a focused rebooking cycle.
For commercial maintenance and recurring service businesses.

The pilot
Agree the scope first.
$400scoped first engagement
Up to 100 supplied service records for one service type. Use owner-approved intervals, prepare a due list and one outreach message plus one follow-up per selected customer. Send and track replies only through a separately approved business route during one two-week cycle. One business and one workflow; up to 50 supplied files or 300 pages, within the tighter item limits above. Includes one review call and one correction pass.
What to bring
Service history, existing bookings, approved service intervals and business-approved customer contact details.
What the pilot covers
The owner sets intervals and approves recipients and messages. We do not infer inspection requirements, certify compliance or promise a booking. Staff confirms capacity and appointment commitments.
Do we need new software?
We start with your existing files, exports and working format. Any system access, configuration or integration is agreed separately.
What happens after the first engagement?
We review the actual workload and results with you. A repeat batch or ongoing service has its own agreed scope and price.
